Around the world in 80 meals…

Gastronomic travel is top of my adventure list, though there isn’t much of that happening of late, a dusty passport lurks ever so lonely in a distant travel bag pocket.

Not one to be deterred – A former restauranteur, with a passion for optimum nutrition – every element of food from source to table is super exciting for me! So I’ve dug deep in my memory bank of global adventures to recreate memorable dishes that kickstart my senses like a well oiled firecracker!

Around the world in 80 meals started last week, we’ve been to Thailand, Vietnam, India, Spain, Italy and Greece.

This is my very own version of Skordalia, Greek Salad bathed in extra virgin Greek olive oil, dill & Lemon and quex barn Pork with lemon and oregano – it’s a kiss from summer on a cold winters day.
